Obsahem projektu je realizace vzdělávacích kurzů za cílem zvýšení dovedností a znalostí zaměstnanců společnosti Glanzstoff - Bohemia s.r.o. a jeho partnera. Cíle projektu bude dosaženo realizací několika externích vzdělávacích kurzů zaměřených na obecně odborné vzdělání zaměstnanců. Náplň vzdělávání byla určena na základě potřeb stávajících zaměstnanců a odpovídá pracovní náplni jejich pozic ve společnosti. Projekt je naplánován jako dvouletý a podán v rámci podpory de minimis. The content of the project is the realisation of training courses in order to increase the skills and knowledge of the employees of Glanzstoff — Bohemia s.r.o. and its partner. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the implementation of several external training courses on general training for staff. The content of the training was determined on the basis of the needs of the existing staff and corresponds to the business profile of their positions in the company. The project is planned for a two-year period and is submitted under de minimis aid. (English)
