Jsme malá stavební firma v kraji zmítaném relativně vysokou nezaměstnaností, kde vítězství v boji o zakázky je rozhodující pro existenci firmy. Největší konkurenční výhodu pro tento boj vidíme jednoznačně ve vlastních zaměstnancích; tak, jako zvládají svou práci, tak mají poměrně velké rezervy v komunikaci se zákazníkem a ekonomickém uvažování. Proto jim díky této možnosti chceme dát potřebný rozvoj, aby tím pomohli získávát dlouhodobě více zakázek pro firmu. (Czech)

We are a small building firm in the region, with relatively high unemployment, where the winning battle is crucial to the existence of a firm. The greatest competitive advantage for this struggle is clearly seen in its own staff; such as they manage their work, they have rather large provisions in communication with customers and economic thinking. Therefore, thanks to this option, we want to give them the necessary development in order to help win over the long term more contracts for the company. (English)
