Předmětem projektu je zajištění vzdělávání pracovníků v naší společnosti PACOVSKÉ STROJÍRNY, a.s. Do projektu plánujeme zapojit 58 našich zaměstnanců, pro které jsou naplánovány školící kurzy především z oblasti technického a odborného vzdělávání. Cílem projektu je zvýšení znalostí a dovedností osob cílové skupiny, zvýšení jejich pracovní uplatnitelnosti jak v naší společnosti, tak i na trhu práce. Do projektu bude zapojeno i několik osob ve věku 55+. Projekt budeme realizovat po dobu dvou let. (Czech)

The project aims at ensuring the training of workers in our company PACOVSKA, a.s. In the project we plan to involve 58 of our staff, for which training courses are planned primarily from the field of technical and vocational training. The aim of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of the people of the target group, increase their employability in our societies and in the labour market. The project will also involve several people aged 55 +. The project will be implemented for a period of two years. (English)
