V rámci projektu bude proškoleno 46 zaměstnanců. Cílem projektu je pomoci zaměstnancům přizpůsobit se změnám ve společnosti žadatele, zvýšit odbornou úroveň jejich znalostí a kompetencí, zvýšit jejich kvalifikaci. Získáním nových znalostí dojde k souladu kvalifikační úrovně zaměstnanců s požadavky trhu práce. Projekt počítá s účastí 7 zaměstnanců 55+ u nichž získáním nových znalostí dojde ke zvýšení adaptability na trhu práce. Realizací projektu dojde k naplnění specifických cílů 1.3.1 a 1.3.2. (Czech)

The project will be trained in 46 staff. The aim of the project is to help employees adapt to changes in the applicant’s company, increase the professional level of their knowledge and competence, increase their qualifications. By acquiring new knowledge, the qualification level of the employees will be in line with the requirements of the labour market. The project foresees 7 staff of 55 + staff to increase adaptability in the labour market through the acquisition of new knowledge. The project will implement the specific objectives 1.3.1 and 1.3.2.
