Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení odborných znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti Nekton-Vrňata s r.o. zaměřených zejména na prohloubení, rozšíření, zvýšení a udržení kvalifikace, a tím dosažení zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. Projekt je svým širokým záběrem do několika oblastí orientován na celkový rozvoj pracovní způsobilosti zaměstnanců pro zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a adaptability. Dalším cílem je prohloubení zájmu zaměstnanců o celoživotní vzdělávání. (Czech)

The main objective of the project is to increase the professional knowledge and skills of the employees of the company Netton-Vrpus, aimed in particular at deepening, widening, increasing and maintaining the skills and thereby making the company more competitive. The project is focused in a number of areas on the overall development of the working capacity of staff to improve their qualifications and adaptability. A further objective is to enhance the interest of staff in lifelong learning. (English)
