Společnost JK Nástoje s.r.o. působí na trhu již od roku 1996. V současné době se zabývá zejména sériovou výrobou přesných součástí a frézovacích nástrojů. Pomocí vzdělávání by firma chtěla reagovat na stále se zvyšující požadavky trhu a zvýšit odbornost a kvalifikaci svých zaměstnanců. Vhodnou příležitostí pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti je realizace projektu, který si klade za cíl odborné vzdělávání 60-ti zaměstnanců. Většinu vzdělávání budou realizovat externí dodavatelé a školitelé. (Czech)
