Záměrem předkládaného projektu je vyvinout komplexní a univerzálně aplikovatelný testovací systém pro získávání technologicky nejvhodnějších kmenů vinařských kvasinek. Cílem pak je, aby toto testovací zařízení poskytovalo objektivní, reprodukovatelné a spolehlivé výsledky, které se budou opírat o jistotu získanou precizním zkušebním provozem. V rámci projektu je dále plánováno dosáhnout izolace a ověření minimálně deseti nových vinařských kmenů nebo jejich kombinací. a. (Czech)

The aim of the present project is to develop a comprehensive and universally applicable testing system for the extraction of technologically most suitable strains of yeast producing wine. The objective is then to provide this testing facility with objective, reproducible and reliable results, which will be based on the confidence obtained by the precision test. In addition, the project is intended to achieve isolation and verification of at least 10 new wine strains or their combinations. (English)
