Projekt řeší problém nerovnosti mužů a žen na trhu práce, sladění rodinného a pracovního života a možného rychlého návratu do práce rodičů malých dětí (do 4 let věku) z obce Habřina v Královéhradeckém kraji provozem obecních mikrojeslí pro 4 děti. Součástí projektu je také spolupráce na pilotním projektu ověření konceptu mikrojeslí, který realizuje MPSV ČR. Projekt je navazující na realizovaný projekt Mikrojesle Habřina CZ.03.1.51/0.0/0.0/16_126/0003599. (Czech)

The project addresses the problem of gender inequality in the labour market, the reconciliation of family and working life and the possible rapid return to work by parents of young children (under 4 years of age) from the municipality of Habřina in the Hradec Králové Region by the operation of municipal micro-nurseries for 4 children. The project also includes cooperation on the pilot project to verify the concept of a micro-crèche, which is implemented by the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs (MPSV).
