Projekt řeší revitalizaci bytového domu v Kuřimi č.p. 845,846,847 pomocí stavebních úprav. Investorem je vlastník objektu Společenství vlastníků Kuřim 845-847.Účelem stavebních úprav je snížení energetické náročnosti objektu, snížit náklady na provoz a zlepšit pohodu bydlení obyvatelům objektu. Stavební úpravy obsahují zateplení obvodového pláště (stěny, strop průjezdu, vikýřů), provedení nových mříží a okapového chodníku, nových dešťových svodů a opravě hromosvodu vč. překotvení . (Czech)

The project addresses the revitalisation of building houses in the 845,846,847 Kumra by building changes. The investor is the owner of a Community object owner Kuřiam 845-847.The purpose of the construction work is to reduce the energy demand of the building, to reduce the cost of operations and to improve housing well-being for the inhabitants of the building. The construction work includes insulation of the building envelope (walls, ceiling of passage, vionies), the execution of new grids and bonnet pavement, new rainwater and lightning rods, including recanchorage.
