    Panelový dům Kunín 388 s 12 bytovými jednotkami byl postaven přibližně v roce 1979. Dům v současné době nesplňuje požadavky energetické náročnosti. Popraskané spoje mezi panely a opadaná omítka působí neesteticky mezi již revitalizovanými domy blízkého okolí. Realizace projektu zvýší energetickou účinnost domu, sníží spotřebu celkové dodané energie o 54,69% . Zateplením obálky domu bude třída energetické náročnosti posunuta ze stávajícího stupně E do stupně C. SC 2.5 bude splněn. (Czech)

    A 388 apartment panel 12 housing units was built around 1979. The house currently does not meet the requirements of energy performance. The broken links between the panels and the fall are aesthetically unaesthetically between the already revitalised houses of the nearby surrounding area. Project implementation will increase the energy efficiency of the building, reduce the consumption of total energy supplied by 54.69 %.
