Projekt vychází ze Strategického rámce rozvoje eGovernmentu 2014+ a Smart Administration, Strategie rozvoje informačních a komunikačních technologií města Votice. Rozvíjí prostředí pro elektronické zpracování dokumentů MěÚ Votice a sdílení dat napříč organizacemi města. Zajistí bezpečné sdílení dokumentů, možnost základní manažerské kontroly hospodaření společným datovým skladem a doplní infrastrukturu pro uskutečnění záměrů. Cílem je snížení administrativní zátěže občanů i pracovníků MěÚ. (Czech)

The project is based on the Strategic Framework for the Development of eGovernment 2014 + and Smart Administration, the Strategy for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies of the City of Votice. Developing an environment for the electronic processing of the documents of the offices of Votice and of data sharing across the city’s organisations. It shall ensure the secure sharing of documents, the possibility of basic management control of the management of the common data warehouse and complement the implementation of the projects. The aim is to reduce the administrative burden on citizens and workers. (English)
