Projekt vychází ze Strategického rámce rozvoje eGovernmentu 2014+ a Smart Administration, Strategie MěÚ Benešov a Informační strategie. Rozvíjí elektronické zpracování dokumentů MěÚ, jejich bezpečné sdílení s organizacemi města, manažerskou kontrolu hospodaření společným datovým skladem a doplní infrastrukturu pro uskutečnění záměrů. Projekt nevytváří příjmy, ale generuje benefity pro podnikatele a obyvatele území ORP snížením administrativní zátěže a pro zaměstnance úřadu zefektivněním práce. (Czech)

The project is based on the Strategic Framework for the Development of eGovernment 2014 + and the Smart Administration, the Strategy of the University of Benešov and the Information Strategy. Development of the electronic processing of the TA documents, their safe sharing with the city’s organisations, management control of the common data warehouse and complementary to the implementation of the projects. The project does not generate revenue but generates benefits for entrepreneurs and people in the territory of ODA by reducing administrative burdens and improving the efficiency of work for the Office’s staff.
