    Cílovou skupinou projektu jsou uchazeči o zaměstnání od 50 let věku minimálně s výučním listem. Záměrem projektu je podpora těchto osob formou zhodnocení a prosazení jejich dlouholetých praktických zkušeností a rozšíření jejich dovedností o potřebné klíčové kompetence. Projekt je založen na poradenství, zvyšování kvalifikace a následném zaměstnávání klientů. Absolventům poradenství či úspěšným absolventům motivačně-poradenského programu bude nabídnuto podporované zaměstnání formou SÚPM. (Czech)

    The target group of the project is that of the age of 50 years as a minimum with a learning sheet. The aim of the project is to support these people in the form of an evaluation and enforcement of their long practical experience and the upskilling of their skills with the necessary key competences. The project is based on advice, skills upgrading and the subsequent employment of clients. Graduates advised and/or successful graduates of an incentive scheme will be offered a supported job in the form of a SÚPM. (English)
