Cílem projektu je vybudování a následné využití kapacity osmi sociálních bytů. Byty budou zařazeny do rámce Programu bydlení s doprovodným sociálním programem, který v současnosti v Ostravě zahrnuje přes 200 podnájemních bytů pro CS. Realizované aktivity : nákup nemovitosti / zpracování stavební PD a vyřízení stavebního povolení / rekonstrukce na dům s osmi sociálními byty včetně základního vybavení / uvedení do provozu / smluvní zajištění služeb sociální integrace v době udržitelnosti. a. The project aims at building and subsequently using the capacity of eight social housing units. The apartments will be placed in the framework of the Housing Programme, accompanied by a social programme, which currently includes over 200 rental apartments for the CB in Ostrava. Activities carried out: the purchase of a building/construction PD and the processing of building permits/reconstruction for a house with eight social housing units, including basic equipment/commissioning/contractual provision of social integration services at the time of sustainability.
