    Projektet skal sikre flere ingeniører til Trekantområdets virksomheder - konkret Operations Management ingeniører (produktionsingeniører). En undersøgelse gennemført af Trekantområdet Danmark i 2017 viste, at det de sidste 3 år ikke har været muligt at besætte omkring 20% af alle opslåede ingeniørstillinger i private virksomheder i Trekantområdet. Samtidig kan det ud fra virksomhedernes oplysninger anslås, at der de næste 5 år vil blive opslået omkring 5000 ingeniørstillinger i Trekantområdet. Hvis udviklingen i ubesatte stillinger ikke ændres kan Trekantområdets virksomheder om 5 år stå med op mod 1000 ubesatte ingeniørstillinger. For Trekantområdet er det derfor afgørende at der gøres en indsats for at sikre flere ingeniører til områdets virksomheder.Det ansøgte projekt skal medvirke til at opkvalificere og tiltrække bachelorer/professionsbachelorer, der arbejder i virksomheder i Trekantområdet. Projektet består af en kombination af oprettelse af en 4-årig erhvervskandidatuddannelse i Operations Management, hvor studerende samtidig er ansat deltid i en virksomhed, med et forpligtende virksomhedssamarbejde. SDU og Trekantområdet kan samlet tilbyde bachelorer en attraktiv pakke bestående af deltidsjob og deltids-kandidatuddannelse i Operations Management. Erhvervskandidatordningen er en ny 4-årig variant af kandidateksamenen. Uddannelsen svarer med hensyn til indhold fuldstændig til en gængs 2-årig kandidateksamen, men er som nævnt kombineret med en deltidsansættelse i en virksomhed.Projektet omfatter 5 elementer:Uddannelsesplanlægning: SDU tilrettelægger en deltidskandidatuddannelse i Operations Management, så pensum fordeles ud på 4 år i stedet for de normale 2 år.Rekruttering af virksomheder: Trekantområdet Danmark screener, identificerer og rekrutterer relevante virksomheder til at indgå i ordningen.Rekruttering af studerende: SDU bistår med rekruttering af egne bachelorer og alumner, mens Trekantområdet Danmark sikrer en bredere markedsføring og rekruttering af studerende fra andre universiteter og ingeniørhøjskoler i ind- og udland.Matchmaking: SDU og/eller Trekantområdet Danmark matcher gennem en håndholdt indsats relevante virksomheders tilbud om deltidsjobs og interesserede/egnede bachelorer.Opfølgning/mentorordning: SDU tilbyder (Danish)

    The project aims to ensure more engineers for the companies of the Trefu region — concrete Operations Management engineers (production engineers). A study carried out by the Trekedge region Denmark in 2017 showed that the last 3 years have not been possible to fill about 20 % of all engineering positions in private companies in the Triangle area. At the same time, based on the information provided by the companies, it can be estimated that the next 5 years will be advertised around 5000 engineering positions in the Triangle. If there is no change in the evolution of unfilled job vacancies, the 5 years’ job vacancy rate for the Trespa region may be up to 1000 unfilled engineers’ posts. For the Triangle, it is therefore essential to make efforts to ensure more engineers for the area’s enterprise-level. the project applied for is intended to help upskill and attract bachelor/professional degrees, working in companies in the Triangle. The project consists of a combination of the creation of a 4-year professional training in Operations Management, where students are simultaneously employed part-time in a company, with a firm commitment to business cooperation. In aggregate, the SDU and the Triangle range can offer an attractive package of part-time and part-time job training in the Operations Management. The business candidate scheme is a new 4 year variant of the candidate examination. The training corresponds, as far as content is concerned, to a current 2 year degree, but, as stated above, is coupled with a part-time employment in a company. the project comprises 5 elements: education planning: The SDU organises a part-time candidate training course in Operations Management to allocate the syllabus out of 4 years instead of the normal 2 year.Recruitment of enterprises: The Trekedge region of Denmark screens, identifies and recruits relevant companies in the scheme.Recruitment of students: The SDU is assisting in the recruitment of its own Bachelors and alumns, while the Trekedge region Denmark ensures a wider marketing and recruitment of students from other universities and university institutes in the country of origin and abroad. The SDU and/or the Triangle Region of Denmark matches through a hand-held action, relevant companies’ part-time job offers and interested/suitable Bachelors. follow up/mentoring: The SDU offers (English)
