Žadatel provádí transfer výstupů interního výzkumu a vývoje v oblasti nanoterapeutik do praktické realizace výroby. Tato změna vyžaduje odlišné technologické prostředky (jiná zařízení) a ve všech etapách výroby některý z těchto technologických prostředků chybí. Jejich nahrazení provedením externě je mimořádně rizikové (ztráta know-how, závislost na třetí straně atd.), proto stávající projekt cílí na tuto skupinu technologických nástrojů a jejich pořízení.
