Cílem projektu je stanovení hlavních zásad prostorového uspořádání a funkčního využití veřejného prostranství a vybraných ploch veřejné a sídelní zeleně na území města. V zastavitelných plochách pro bydlení, také stanovení schémat dopravní a technické infrastruktury v závislosti na hustotě a migraci obyvatel. Studie předpokládá respektování podmínek platného územního plánu. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to establish the guiding principles of spatial organisation and use of public spaces and selected areas of public and growing green spaces within the city. The establishment of transport and technical infrastructure schemes in relation to population density and migration in the intended housing areas. The study foresees respect of the terms and conditions of the existing zoning plan. (English)
