Záměrem projektu žadatele je rekonstrukce víceúčelové budovy na sociální byty. V rámci stavebních úprav budovy vzniknou 4 sociální byty o celkové ploše 235m2. Uživateli sociálního bytu budou osoby z cílové skupiny dané výzvou IROP č. 35. Sociální byt splňuje parametry sociálního bydlení, stanovené pro IROP, technické parametry, finanční parametry, podmínky segregace a nakládání se sociálními byty. a. (Czech)

The project of the applicant’s project aims at the renovation of a multi-purpose building on social apartments. As part of the building work, 4 social apartments will be created with a total surface area of 235 m². The users of a social apartment will be those of the target group of the challenge of IROP No 35. Social housing meets the parameters of social housing, laid down for IROP, technical parameters, financial parameters, conditions of segregation and management of social services. (English)
