Předmětem projektu je vybudovat ve městě Šumperk nové sociální byty pro osoby, které se nacházejí v bytové nouzi. Díky celkové rekonstrukci zchátralého objektu vznikne celkem 8 malometrážních bytových jednotek. Místo se nachází v okrajové části města, ale i přesto má jasnou vazbou na občanskou vybavenost - nejedná se tedy o vyloučení či segregovanou lokalitu. Projekt je realizován na území obce s rozšířenou působností, ve kterém se nachází sociálně vyloučená lokalita (ORP Šumperk). a. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to build a new social housing for people in need of housing in Shumky. The total reconstruction of the dilapidated object will give rise to a total of 8 small scale housing units. The location is located in the outlying part of the city, but still has a clear link with civic facilities — this is not an exclusion or a segregated site. The project is implemented in the territory of a municipality with extended jurisdiction in which the socially excluded site is located (ORP Shumperk). (English)
