V rámci projektu bude vybudováno celkem 5 sociálních bytů pro osoby v bytové nouzi, což zcela nepopiratelně přispěje ke zvýšení kvality a dostupnosti služeb vedoucí k sociální exkluzi nejen v obci Malhotice, ale také v mikroregionu Záhoran, jehož je obec Malhotice členem, a v ORP Hranice, kde se žádné sociální byty pro výše zmiňovanou cílovou skupinu nevyskytují. a.
