Projekt "Zawodowcy z Zespołu Szkół Budowlanych" ma na celu podniesienie zatrudnialności absolwentów naszej szkoły. Powiat braniewski jest powiatem, w którym występuje najwyższe bezrobocie na tle wszystkich powiatów województwa Warmińsko-Mazurskiego. Sygnalizuje to, w jak niekorzystnym otoczeniu społeczno-gospodarczym znajdą się uczniowie po zakończeniu nauki w szkole. Aby przeciwdziałać pogłębianiu się bezrobocia w powiecie oraz aby zwiększyć szanse absolwentów na rynku pracy przewidziano przeprowadzenie uczniów przez ścieżkę rozwoju kompetencji i kwalifikacji polegającą na udziale w kursach zawodowych oraz płatnych stażach zawodowych. W tym celu szkoła ZSB przygotowując koncepcję projektu "Zawodowcy z Zespołu Szkół Budowlanych w Braniewie" nawiązała współpracę z pracodawcami z lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy. Przy czynnym udziale pracodawców powstały założenia staży oraz wyselekcjonowane zostały konkretne kursy zawodowe. Wszystkie te działania mają zaspokoić potrzeby pracodawców na dobrze wyszkolonych i wstępnie przygotowanych do pracy stażystów. Wsparcie skierowane jest do pełnoletnich uczniów technikum ZSB uczących się na kierunkach budowlanym, informatycznym i spedytorskim. Budownictwo i informatyka są branżami, w których postęp następuje niezwykle szybko, i które będą wykazywały niesłabnące zapotrzebowanie na pracowników. Jednakże te gałęzie gospodarki stawiają przed pracownikami wysokie wymagania dotyczące umiejętności i kwalifikacji. Natomiast działanie żadnej z powyższych branż nie jest możliwe bez wsparcia spedycyjnego, które jest nieodzownym uzupełnieniem. (Polish)

The project ‘Abuses from the Pool of Construction Schools’ aims at raising the employability of graduates of our school. The powiat briewski is the district in which unemployment is highest compared to all districts of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province. This signals that, in the negative socio-economic environment, students will find students at the end of school education. In order to combat the deterioration of unemployment in the district and to increase the employability of graduates, the development of skills and qualifications through vocational courses and paid traineeships is foreseen. To this end, the ZUB school has worked with employers from the local and regional labour market to develop the concept of a ‘professional from the building of the building schools in Braniewo’. With the active participation of employers, internships were created and specific vocational courses were selected. All these actions are designed to meet employers’ needs on well trained and pre-trained trainees. The support is targeted at adult learners of SSF in the areas of construction, IT and freight forwarding. Construction and information technology are sectors in which progress is extremely rapid and will show continuing demand for workers. However, these sectors of the economy provide workers with high standards of skills and qualifications. On the other hand, the activity of any of the above sectors is not possible without the support of the forwarding, which is an essential complement. (English)
