Projekt řeší snížení energ. náročnosti historické budovy kombinovaný na dvou žádostech v budově 1. stupně Základní školy č.p. 715, č.par. st.566 v kú Straré Město. Vzhledem k architektonické hodnotě budovy nedoporučil orgán památkové péče kompletní zateplení. Bude provedeno částečné zateplení obvodového pláště, zateplení stropní konstrukce, výměna otvorových výplní, rekuperace učeben a vybudována nová plynová kotelna napojena na stávající otopný systém. The project addresses the reduction of the energy performance of the historic building combined with two applications in the building of the 1th degree Primary School No, p. 715, ref. ST.566, KÚ Stré City. Because of the architectural value of the building, the conservation authority has not recommended complete insulation. Partial insulation of the building envelope, insulation of the ceiling structure, replacement of selector plates, school picking and construction of new gas boiler connected to the existing heating system will be carried out.
