Projekt se zaměřuje na profesionalizaci spolku Prostor pro rodinu zejména v oblasti zkvalitnění nabízení poskytovaných služeb a zajištění vícezdrojového financování.Profesionalizace bude probíhat na základě resumé z externí procesní analýzy spolku, kde jsou definovány i návrhy kroků k požadované změně. Profesionalizací v oblasti řízení, PR a fundraisingu a prostřednictvím zahraničního partnera, chceme stabilizovat organizaci tak, aby byla prospěšná klientům ne zcela závisle na dotacích. (Czech)

The project focuses on the professionalisation of the family of the community, particularly with regard to the improvement of the provision of services and the provision of multi-source funding. the professionalisation will take place on the basis of the summary of the external procedural analysis of the association, where the proposals for action for the requested change are also defined. Through professionalisation in management, PR and fundraising and through a foreign partner, we want to stabilise the organisation so that it can be beneficial to clients not fully dependent on subsidies.
