Przedmiotem projektu będzie realizacja kursów językowych z zakresu języka angielskiego, w ramach którego Uczestnicy/czki (dalej: UP) uzyskają komunikatywną znajomość nowego dla siebie języka lub podniosą dotychczasowe umiejętności. Kursy będą realizowane na różnych poziomach zaawansowania - A1, A2, B1, B2 – definiowanych zgodnie z EUROPEJSKIM SYSTEMEM OPISU KSZTAŁCENIA JĘZYKOWEGO. Nabyte przez UP kompetencje zostaną potwierdzane poprzez przystąpienie do zewnętrznego egzaminu TELC zakończonego wydaniem certyfikatu. Wszyscy UP przystąpią do egzaminu na zgodnym z odbytym kursem poziomie. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 400 osób (240K, 160M) dorosłych (od 18 roku życia), znajdujących się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, zamieszkałych (wg K.C.)/pracujących/uczących się na terenie województwa opolskiego, wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie umiejętności językowych, z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowanych wsparciem, w tym: • min. 240 (144K, 96M) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, • min. 80 (48K, 32M) osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej (dalej: 50+) • min. 280 (168K, 112M) osób z obszarów wiejskich, • min. 80 (48K, 32M) osób z niepełnosprawnościami (dalej: ON). Wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby wykazujące największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie znajomości jęz. angielskiego. Luki kompetencyjne diagnozowane będą na etapie rekrutacji (test kompetencji językowych). Potrzeba realizacji projektu uzasadniona jest chęcią odpowiedzi na zdiagnozowane na terenie woj. opolskiego problemy tj. • brak lub niewystarczające kompetencje w zakresie znajomości języka angielskiego, • niska aktywność (spadająca z wiekiem) w różnych formach kształcenia ustawicznego. Wymienione problemy dotyczą os. w najtrud. syt. na rynku pracy (zarówno pracujących, bezrobotnych jak i biernych zawodowo), zwłaszcza os. o niskich kwalif., os. z obszarów wiejskich, os. z niepełnosprawnością oraz os. po 50 r. ż. The project will focus on the implementation of English language courses in which the Participants (hereinafter: The UP) will have a clear knowledge of the new language for each other or give up the existing skills. The courses will be implemented at different levels of proficiency — A1, A2, B1, B2 — defined in accordance with the EUROPIM EUROPEACH Language SYSTEM. The competences acquired by the UP will be confirmed by joining the external examination of the TELC completed by the certificate. All UP will take an examination at a level consistent with its own level. The support will cover 400 people (240K, 160M) of adults (aged 18), who are disadvantaged on the labour market, living (according to K.C.)/working/learner in the Opolskie region, with the main language skills gap, on their own initiative, including: • min 240 (144K, 96M) of the low-skilled,• at least 80 (48K, 32M) of those aged 50 and over (hereinafter: 50 +)• min. 280 (168K, 112M) of rural people,• 80 (48K, 32M) of persons with disabilities (hereinafter: (HE). The support will cover those who are most competent to address the competence gap in English. Skills gaps will be identified at the recruitment stage (language competency test). The need to implement the project is justified by the desire to respond to the problems diagnosed within the territory of the region: • lack of or insufficient competence in terms of knowledge of English,• low activity (falling due to age) in various forms of lifelong learning. The problems identified relate to the labour market (both working, unemployed and inactive), in particular those of low eligibility, rural areas, disability, and post 50.
