Projekt se zaměřuje na systematickou, cílevědomou a dlouhodobou práci s rodinami, které jsou ohroženy sociálním vyloučením. Prostřednictvím preventivních aktivit budou rodiny podporovány a aktivizovány tak, aby v budoucnu byly obnoveny základní funkce rodiny a došlo k jejich stabilizaci. Projekt bude také zaměřen na mentoringový program pro děti se začínajícími výchovnými potížemi či z rizikových rodin a na vzdělávání a supervize pracovníků v přímé péči. (Czech)

The project focuses on systematic, ambitious and long-term work with families at risk of social exclusion. Through prevention activities, families will be supported and activated in order to restore the core functions of the family in the future and to stabilise them. The project will also focus on the mentoring scheme for children with starting educational difficulties or from at-risk families, as well as on education and supervision of workers in direct care.
