Celem projektu jest zwiększenie umiejętności obsługi i wykorzystania technologii ICT potwierdzonych certyfikatem nabycia kompetencji na poziomie A(Digital Competence Framework),przez co najmniej 260 os. powyżej 18 roku życia, posiadających niskie kwalifikacje, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC i/lub uczących się i/lub pracujących na terenie województwa opolskiego znajdujących się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w okresie do 31.12.2018 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią osoby w wieku 18 lat i więcej, wskazane w punkcie 3.5 wniosku. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 288 os. z czego co najmniej 58 os.(ponad 20% uczestników) stanowić będą osoby niepełnosprawne, 116 osoby w wieku 50+ (ponad 40% uczestników), 202 osoby zamieszkałe na terenach wiejskich (ponad 70% uczestników). Ze względu na diagnozę sytuacji kobiet i mężczyzn, do projektu zostaną przyjęte 173 kobiety i 115 mężczyzn. Zakładany cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację:1)kampanii informacyjnej i rekrutacji obejmującej również diagnozę potrzeb szkoleniowych uczestników i pomiar luki kompetencyjnej weryfikujący stan wiedzy/kompetencji w obszarze TIK,2)szkoleń z zakresu ICT na poziomie A w 5 obszarach: informacja, komunikacja, tworzenie treści, bezpieczeństwo i rozwiązywanie problemów obejmujących 21 kompetencji (zgodnych z wymaganiami Digital Competence Framework) w wymiarze 80 godzin, 3)certyfikacji uzyskanych umiejętności poprzez realizacje egzaminów, 4)wydanie certyfikatów uczestnikom, którzy zdadzą egzamin. Projekt dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt przyczyni się do złagodzenia występowania problemu wykluczenia cyfrowego mieszkających na terenie woj. opolskiego osób z grupy docelowej. Problem ten polega zarówno na niekorzystaniu przez dużą część grup docelowych z możliwości jakie dają technologie informatycznokomunikacyjne z powodu braku wiedzy w zakresie korzystania z TIK jak i na braku wiedzy jakie korzyści wynikają z wykorzystania technologii TIK( opis problemów w pkt 3.4 i (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the ability to operate and use the ICT supported by a Digital Competence Framework, for at least 260 persons over 18 years old, with low qualifications and who live within the meaning of the CC and/or learners and/or those working in the region of Opolskie Province who are at a disadvantage in the labour market in the period up to 31.12.2018. the target group of the project is the persons aged 18 and over indicated in point 3.5 of the proposal. 288 of which at least 58 will be supported (more than 20 % of participants) will be people with disabilities, 116 persons aged 50 + (more than 40 %), 202 rural people (more than 70 %). Due to the diagnosis of the situation of women and men, 173 women and 115 men will be admitted to the project. The objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of (1) an information and recruitment campaign, including a diagnosis of participants’ training needs and measurement of the skills gap/competence record of ICT knowledge, (2) ICT training at Level A in 5 areas: information, communication, content creation, security and resolution of problems with 21 competencies (compliant with Digital Competence Framework) of 80 hours, 3) certification of the acquired skills through the implementation of examinations, 4) issuing of certificates to participants who pass the examination. Accessible project for persons with disabilities. The project will help to alleviate the problem of digital exclusion in the area of Opolskie Province by Opolskie Province. This problem lies both in the fact that large parts of the target groups do not benefit from the opportunities offered by information technology due to the lack of knowledge on the use of ICT and the lack of knowledge which benefits arise from the use of ICT (description of problems in point 3.4 and (English)
