CELEM GŁÓWNYM niniejszego projektu są nabyte kompetencje cyfrowe obejmujące wszystkie obszary ramy DIGCOMP na poziomie podstawowym(A) lub średniozaawansowanym(B) i uzyskanie certyfikatu IC3 przez min.84% z 360osób dorosłych(od 18 roku życia),z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowanych wsparciem,znajdujących się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy-pozostających bez zatrudnienia,wykazujących największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych,mieszkających na terenie woj.opolskiego,do 28.02.2018r. poprzez udział w wysokiej jakości szkoleniach komputerowych oraz egzaminie i certyfikacji. Zakładany powyżej cel osiągnięty zostanie poprzez realizację SZKOLEŃ PODNOSZĄCYCH KOMPETENCJE CYFROWE NA POZIOMIE PODSTAWOWYM i ŚREDNIOZAAWANSOWANYM oraz EGZAMINÓW I CERTYFIKACJI. Realizacja w/w wsparcia uzasadniona jest problemem niskich kompetencji cyfrowych mieszkańców woj.opolskiego i dużą skalą wykluczenia cyfrowego,które dotyka w szczególności osoby z terenów wiejskich,osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach,kobiety,osoby w wieku 50+ i więcej,osoby niepełnosprawne oraz długotrwale bezrobotne(szerzej o tym w cz. 3.2wniosku). W związku z powyższym GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ proj.stanowi 360(min.216 kobiet/144 mężczyzn)osób dorosłych(od 18 roku życia),które z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowane wsparciem, znajdujących się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy. UP będą osoby pozostające bez zatrudnienia,wykazujące największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych,w szczególności osoby: -z terenów wiejskich, w tym peryferyjnych(min.80%UP); -o niskich kwalifikacjach(min.75%UP); -kobiety(min.60%UP); -w wieku 50+ i więcej(min.40%UP); -z niepełnosprawnościami(min.20%UP); -długotrwale bezrobotne(min.25%UP). UP będą wyłącznie osoby mieszkające w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego się na terenie woj. opolskiego. W wyniku realizacji proj. co najmniej 84%UP(w tym 90% w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 84% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, 83% osób z terenów wiejskich) nabędzie kompetencje cyfrowe. (Polish)

The main aim of this project is to acquire digital competences covering all areas of the DIGCOMP framework at the base level (A) or to the medium advanced level (B) and to obtain the IC3 certificate by min.84 % of the 360th adult (aged 18 and over), who are interested in supporting, at a competitive disadvantage on the labour market, those at a disadvantage on the labour market, which are the most affected by the digital competence gap in the domesticated form of war between Poland and 28.02.2018 by participating in high quality computer training and examination and certification. The objective to be achieved will be achieved through the implementation of the training measures on the basis of basic and advanced intermediate measures and on the revalidation and residence tests. Implementation of support in/in support is justified by the low digital competence of people living in war and the high level of digital exclusion, which affects in particular people from rural areas, the low-skilled, women, people aged 50 + and over, persons with disabilities and the long-term unemployed (and, more broadly, in the section 3.2 of the proposal). Consequently, the target represents 360 (min.216 kobiet/144 men) of adults (aged 18 and over) who are at their own initiative interested in supporting disadvantaged labour markets. UP will be people without employment, with the greatest competence gap in the area of digital competence, in particular: — rural areas, including peripheral areas (min.80 % UP); The low-skilled (min.75 % UP); — women (min.60 % UP); — aged 50 + + (min.40 % UP); With disabilities (min.20 % UP); Long-term unemployed (min.25 % UP). The UP will be only those living within the meaning of the Civil Code within the meaning of the Code of Civil Procedure. As a result of the call of at least 84 % of the PA (including 90 % aged 50 and over, 84 % of the low-skilled, 83 % of rural population) will acquire digital competence. (English)
