Projekt se zaměřuje na zvýšení dostupnosti vybraného druhu ambulantní a terénní služby sociální rehabilitace pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Rozvojem tohoto druhu služby chceme především reagovat na avizované neuspokojené potřeby osob, které žijí ve svém přirozeném prostředí a kterým by podpora této služby pomohla v jejich procesu osamostatnění a zvýšení soběstačnosti tak, aby zvládli co nejvíce samostatný a běžný život. The project aims at increasing the availability of selected type of out-patient and outreach services for social rehabilitation for people with disabilities. By developing this type of service, we want to respond in particular to the unmet needs of people living in their natural environment and to support this service in their process of empowering and empowering themselves to make the most independent and daily lives.
