Projekt umožní realizovat firemní vzdělávání pro zaměstnance žadatele. Za účelem identifikace konkrétních vzdělávacích kurzů vhodných pro zaměstnance byla vespolečnosti realizována analýza vzdělávacích potřeb. Projekt cílí především na rozvoj pracovních znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí potřebných pro kvalitní výkon práce u žadatele. (Czech)

In order to identify specific training courses suitable for employees, an analysis of training needs was carried out by the company.
