    THE RIGHT FOOD IS INTENDED TO TRAIN PEOPLE IN THE WORLD WHO ARE ECO FOR THE TOPICS OF SUSTAINIPITILIT AND LEGALIT ARE PART OF THE SOLUTION TO THE CURRENT GLOBAL ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL CHALLENGES. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS ALSO TO PROMOTE POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION OF THE STUDENTS BY PROMOTING THEIR COLLABORATION WITH THE PLAYERS IN THE REGIONS, WHO ARE ACTIVE ON THEM. THE STUDENTS WILL DISCUSS THE ECOLOGICAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT OF WHAT THEY EAT IN A GLOBALISED SOCIETY. THEY WILL ALSO ADDRESS THE ‘AGROMAFIA’ AREA IN ITALY. REFLECTING ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FOOD PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PRODUCER AND THE AREA, THEY WILL DEAL WITH THE DIET IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABLE SUPPORT BY BUILDING A THREAD BETWEEN THEIR LOCAL ACTIONS AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES AS ITALIAN AND GLOBAL CITIZENS.
