Przedmiotem projektu jest REALIZACJA KOMPLEKSOWEGO PROGRAMU WSPARCIA osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia poprzez: - opracowanie/ aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania - pośrednictwo pracy - szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje (operator/ka sprzętu budowlanego, spawacz, opiekun/ka osoby starszej, księgowa/y) zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnych rynków pracy i wskazań w IPD - 3 miesięczny staż zgodny z odbytym szkoleniem. Dzięki realizowanemu wsparciu znacząco zwiększą się szanse uczestników projektu na rynku pracy. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 120 osób (72 kobiety i 48 mężczyzn), powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkujących zg. z K.C. na terenie woj. opolskiego w powiatach: prudnickim, brzeskim, nyskim, głubczyckim, namysłowskim, pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy, nieaktywne zawodowo) w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: - min. 9 osób z niepełnosprawnościami (OzN) - min. 39 osób 50+ - min. 42 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - min. 66 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED3 włącznie). The project focuses on the implementation of the Commission’s programme of measures to support people in employment through: — Development/update of Individual Action Plan — Job placement — Training for upgrading qualifications (Operator/Construction equipment, welder, welder, keeper/guardian of an elderly, book/y) according to the demand of local labour markets and indications in IPDs — 3 monthly traineeship according to the training completed. With the support of ongoing support, the opportunities for project participants in the labour market will increase significantly. 120 people will be supported (72 women and 48 men), aged over 29 who live from K.C. in the counties of Opolskie in the counties of: senior, Brest, nyski, deafness, think tanks, unemployed (unemployed, job-seekers, inactive), especially those who are in a particularly vulnerable position on the labour market, i.e.: — min. 9 people with disabilities (min. 39 people 50 ± min. 42 long-term unemployed — min 66 people with low qualifications (up to ISCED3).
