Przedmiotem projektu będzie realizacja kompleksowego wsparcia dla Uczestników Projektu (72 os.(44K i 28M)), powyżej 29rż(tj.osoby,które w dniu rozpoczęcia udziału w projekcie mają ukończony 30rż), pozostające bez pracy (bezrobotne [osoby zakwalifikowane zgodnie z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia do I i II profilu pomocy], poszukujące pracy oraz nieaktywne zawodowo), w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy z woj.opolskiego(szerszy opis w pkt 3.5)). W ramach proj.zost.zrealizowane zadania:IPD,poradnictwo zawodowe,szkolenie zawod., staż zawod., pośrednictwo pracy. Zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej, min.70%UP uzyska kwalifikacje, a min.53% będzie pracowało po opuszczeniu programu. CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJ.jest większa aktywność zawodowa u min. 90% z 72 osób(44K i 28M)(zgodnie z definicją grupy docelowej w pkt.3.5) od 01.06.2017 do 31.03.2018 r. PROBLEM NA KTÓRY ODPOWIEDŹ STANOWI CEL PROJEKTU: NISKA AKTYWNOŚĆ GRUPY DOCELOWEJ PROJEKTU, spowodowana problemami: brak określonej ścieżki zawodowej, trudności w odnalezieniu się na rynku pracy, niskie/brak kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz niskie/brak doświadczenia zawodowego zgodnych z regionalnym rynkiem pracy, a także nieumiejętność nawiązywania kontaktów z pracodawcą, trudności w poszukiwaniu pracy, problemy z przygotowaniem dokumentów aplikacyjnych i przygotowaniem się do rozmowy kwalifikacyjnej. Powyższe problemy, oraz charakter grupy docelowej (opis w pkt 3.5) stanowi uzasadnienie potrzeby realizacji projektu. UP są to bowiem osoby, które nie posiadają wielu umiejętności takich jak kwalifikacje czy doświadczenie (dane w pkt 3.5), przez co charakteryzują się niską aktywnością zawodową pogłębiającą stan bezrobocia i stan bierności zawodowej, a tym samym trudności w możliwości uzyskania zatrudnienia. The project will focus on implementing comprehensive support for the Participants for the Project (72- (44K and 28M)) above 29rż (i.e. persons who, at the start of their participation in the project, have completed 30rn), unemployed (unemployed [persons qualified according to the Employment Promotion Law to I and II of the Aid Profile], looking for a job and inactive), including in particular those who are particularly vulnerable on the labour market from the war in Poland (broader description in point 3.5). As part of the project, the tasks performed: IPD, occupational guidance and training, followed by a traineeship, work placement. Employment performance indicators will be achieved, min.70 % UP being qualified and min.53 % will be deployed after leaving the programme. The MAIN PROJ.is an increase in professional activity at a minimum of 90 % of 72 persons (44K and 28M) (as defined by the target group in paragraph 3.5) from 01.06.2017 to 31.03.2018. Low importance GROUP OF THE PROJECT which is due to problems: lack of a specific professional path, difficulties in finding the labour market, low/lack of professional qualifications and low/lack of work experience in line with the regional labour market, as well as lack of contacts with the employer, difficulties in finding a job, problems with the preparation of application documents and preparation for a job interview. These problems and the nature of the target group (description in point 3.5) justify the need for the project. They are those who do not possess a wealth of skills, such as qualifications or experience (data in point 3.5), and are thus characterised by a low level of professional activity which increases unemployment and inactivity and thus difficulties in obtaining employment.
