Náplní projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit dle komplexního vzdělávacího plánu, jehož cílem je zvýšení úrovně potřebných odborných znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků, napříč společností FLORSTYL, s.r.o. a jeho dlouholetých partnerů, společnosti STAVBY VANTO, s.r.o. a společnosti VANTO NATURAL STONES, s.r.o. Dvouletý vzdělávací plán je sestaven s ohledem na aktuální vývoj požadavků společnosti, s cílem zajištění dlouhodobého a udržitelného rozvoje účastníků projektu. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to carry out training activities according to a comprehensive training plan aimed at raising the level of expertise, skills and competences of the workforce, across FLORSTYL, s.r.o. and its long-serving partners, STAV-VANTO, s.r.o. and VANTO NATURAL stones, s.r.o. for a two-year training plan, taking into account the current evolution of the requirements of the company, with a view to ensuring the long-term and sustainable development of the participants in the project.
