Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu je zvýšení úrovně znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti MATTECH, s.r.o. Realizací projektu dojde k odstranění nesouladu mezi úrovní kvalifikace a dovedností a mezi požadavky, které na pracovní pozici vyvíjí zaměstnavatel. Do projektu bude zapojeno celkem 27 zaměstnanců této společnosti, z toho všechny osoby přesáhnout limit pro bagatelní podporu. (Czech)

The main objective of the present project is to raise the level of knowledge and skills of the employees of MATTECH, s.r.o. by implementing the project, to eliminate the mismatch between the level of skills and the skills and requirements of the employer. A total of 27 employees of this company will be involved in the project, of which all persons will exceed the threshold for minor aid. (English)
