Projekt analyzuje, identifikuje a reaguje na genderovou nerovnováhu na trhu práce na Chebsku při zaměstnávání žen ohrožených na trhu práce (OZP). Žadatel Marketa Remone s.r.o. již realizoval řadu projektů zaměřených na tuto cílovou skupinu (CS) a i nyní pro ni připravil program řešící rekvalifikaci na technickou profesi a možné umístění na trhu práce. Při výběru a zapojení CS bude opět spolupracovat s ÚP Cheb, který aktivity Žadatele na chráněných pracovištích dlouhodobě podporuje. (Czech)

The project analyses, identifies and responds to gender imbalances in the labour market of Chebsko in the employment of women at risk on the labour market (OZP). The applicant Marketa Remone s.r.o. has already implemented a number of projects targeting this target group (CS) and has now prepared a programme to retrain for the technical profession and possible labour market placements. In the selection and involvement of the CB, it will again cooperate with ÚP Cheb, which has long supported the activities of the applicant in protected workplaces. (English)
