Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie w Województwie Mazowieckim (WM) w Powiecie Wyszkowskim (PW) na terenie gmin Brańszczyk i Długosiodło. Projekt obejmuje przebudowę drogi powiatowej nr 4403W od km 0+350,00 (zero robocze na skrzyżowaniu z DK Nr 8) do km 19+263,00 w zakres której wchodzi: przebudowa jezdni do docelowej szerokości 6m o długości ok. 17,95km, przebudowa/budowa chodników na długości ok 4,8515km, przebudowa/budowa ścieżki rowerowej o długości 12,49km, budowa/przebudowa 3 skrzyżowań skanalizowanych w tym ronda w miejscowości Stare Bosewo, przebudowę rowów i poboczy, przebudowa 3 mostów (1 most z dobudową kładki), przebudowa przepustu, wykonanie oznakowania. Droga nr 4403W położona jest w ciągu ważnego szlaku komunikacyjnego łączącego się z DK nr 8 i nr 60. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji powstanie dogodne połączenie komunikacyjne pomiędzy siedzibą subregionu ostrołęckiego a stolicą kraju. Projekt ma wpływ na zwiększenie konkurencyjności gospodarczej i atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej regionu. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy dostępności komunikacyjnej regionu, co oznacza szybsze i bezpieczniejsze powiązania pomiędzy obszarami położonymi na terenie województwa mazowieckiego, lepszy dostęp do sieci dróg krajowych i międzynarodowych oraz korytarzy trans-europejskich jak również poprawę powiatowego systemu transportowego, w celu zwiększenia atrakcyjności powiatu wyszkowskiego jako miejsca działalności gospodarczej. Bezpośrednim Beneficjentem projektu jest PW. Pośrednimi beneficjentami projektu są mieszkańcy PW, obecni i przyszli przedsiębiorcy, turyści i inni użytkownicy drogi. Planowane przedsięwzięcie realizowane będzie w formule RIT. Projekt PW zaplanowany został w Planie Inwestycyjnym dla subregionu ostrołęckiego w wiązce projektów w ramach I Projektu wiodącego, który przewiduje komplementarnie do pozostałego obszaru funkcjonalnego działania inwestycyjne, które mają na celu ułatwienie komunikacji w ramach całego subregionu ostrołęckiego. The planned project will be carried out in the Mazowieckie Province (WM) at the municipalities of the municipalities of Branńczyk and Rogosiodło. The project consists of the reconstruction of district road No 4403W from km 0 + 350,00 (zero working at the intersection with DK No 8) to km 19 + 263,00 with: upgrading the road to the 6 m long target of approximately m long. 17.95 km, reconstruction/construction of pavements for about 4.8515 km, reconstruction/construction of a 12,49-km cycle path for the cycle, construction/reconstruction of the 3 km of passes analysed in the roundabout in the town of Stare Bovago, reconstruction of ditches and shoulders, reconstruction of 3 bridges (1 bridge with the daily footbridge), the renovation of culverts, performance of the marking. Road No 4403W is situated in a major communication route with DK No 8 and No 60. Thanks to the investment, a convenient communication link between the seat of the sub-region and the capital city will be created. The project has an impact on increasing the region’s economic competitiveness and attractiveness. The project will help to improve the accessibility of the region, which means faster and safer links between regions in the Mazowieckie region, better access to the network of national and international roads and trans-european corridors, as well as improving the district transport system, in order to increase the attractiveness of the district as a place of economic activity. The direct Beneficiary of the project is the IR. The project beneficiaries are the residents of the CI, the current and future entrepreneurs, tourists and other road users. The project will be implemented in the RIT formula. The EaP project was planned in the Investment Plan for the Ostroleka Sub-region in the Project I project under the lead project which would complement the remaining functional area of the investment project, which aims to facilitate communication across the region’s wider sub-region.
