Celem głównym projektu jest dostosowanie oferty szkolnictwa zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w pow. puławskim. Uzupełnia go cel pomocniczy: poprawa jakości i efektywności kształcenia zawodowego w pow. puławskim. Do osiągnięcia ww. celów przyczyni się realizacja zadań: *Modernizacja i dostosowanie pracowni technologii gastronomicznej w SOSW (m.in. dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan i wentylacji), laboratorium diagnostyczne i anatomiczno-zootechnicznej w ZS3 (dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan) oraz p. fryzjerskiej w ZS1 (dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan). *Wyposażenie w nowoczesny sprzęt w oparciu o rekomendacje KOWEZiU 33 pracowni/warsztatów dla 19 zawodów (w tym większość to inteligentne specjalizacje) Zarówno prace modernizacyjne jaki i wyposażenie przyczynią się do zindywidualizowania podejścia do ucznia (mniejsze grupy uczniów). Projekt obejmuje koszty promocji, prac przygotowawczych, nadzorów i zarządzania projektem. W ramach projektu wdrożony zostanie system badania losów absolwentów i pomocy kandydatom/uczniom w wyborze kierunku/specjalizacji. Kluczowym rezultatem projektu jest rzeczywista liczba użytkowników infrastruktury, która w XII 2019r. wyniesie 1244 uczniów. Wskaźnik produktu to 8 wspartych obiektów, wyposażonych w 299 szt. sprzętu i potencjał wspartej infrastruktury obejmujący 1258 uczniów. Bezpośrednią grupą docelową są uczniowie, pośrednio z rezultatów projektu będą korzystali przedsiębiorcy funkcjonujący na terenie pow. puławskiego, nauczyciele i mieszkańcy. Podstawowym efektem realizacji projektu jest wzmocniona współpraca z lokalnymi przedsiębiorcami, wzmocnienie kształcenia zawodowego (zwiększenie zdawalności egzaminów zawodowych) oraz większa popularyzacja szkolnictwa zawodowego. Dzięki projektowi zwiększy się liczba wykwalifikowanych specjalistów w branżach pożądanych na lokalnym rynku pracy. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to adapt the offer of vocational training to the needs of the labour market in the field. It is complemented by a subsidiary objective: improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training in the field. The achievement of the above-mentioned objectives will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of: * Modernisation and adaptation of catering technology at SOSP (including the adjustment of school staff posts, reconstruction of the electrical, water and ventilation installations), diagnostic and zootechnical laboratory in ZS3 (adjustment of pupils’ work stations, reconstruction of the electrical installation, the waterside) and for the hairdressing apparatus in ZS1 (adjustment of pupils’ posts, conversion of electrical installations, the water supply). * Equipment with advanced equipment based on 33 workshop/workshop recommendations for 19 professions (including a majority of these are smart specialisations). both modernisation work and equipment will help to personalise the approach to the student (smaller groups of pupils). The project covers the costs of promotion, preparatory work, filling and project management. The project will put in place a system of graduate tracking and assistance for candidates/pupils in the selection of the course/specialisation. The project’s key output is the actual number of infrastructure users, which in December 2019 will reach 1244 students. The output indicator is 8 supported plants, equipped with 299 equipment and supported by an infrastructure of 1258 pupils. The direct target group is the students, who will benefit indirectly from the results of the project and will be used by entrepreneurs operating on the ground, teachers and residents. The main effect of the project is to strengthen cooperation with local entrepreneurs, to strengthen vocational training (to increase the pass of professional examinations) and to increase the spread of vocational education. The project will increase the number of skilled professionals in the industries desired by the local labour market. (English)
