THE AIM OF THIS PROJECT IS TO ESTABLISH A SUPPLY CHAIN THAT SIMULATES VERTICAL COOPERATIVE ENTERPRISES OF VERTICAL TYPE AT KM 0. THE PROJECT TOOK OVER FROM THE RAW MATERIAL GRANOFARRO FROM THE GREENHOUSES AND THE LAND OF THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DELLISTITUTO RURAL DEVELOPMENT. THE RAW MATERIAL WHICH IS SUBSEQUENTLY MILLED AND WORKED WITH VARIOUS LEVELS OF REFINING AT A STONE MILL WITH A STONE PRESENT IN ITALY’S EWS TERRITORY PROCESSED BY THE STUDENTS OF THE WINE, WINE AND WINE COVERED BY THE HOTEL, IN ORDER TO PRODUCE BREAD TO BE MARKETED IN THE INTERNAL MARKET OF ALLISTITUTO. THE ELLING STUDENTS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WILL UNDERTAKE TO STUDY THE OPERATION OF THE SPECIFIC MACHINERY FOR BREAD-MAKING AND, POSSIBLY, TO MAKE UP FOR ANY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE MACHINERY. TO PROMOTE THE PRODUCT, CATTANEEODALLA MARKETING AND MARKETING STUDENTS WILL SET UP A SALES STRATEGY GEARED TO PROMOTING THE PRODUCT. (English)
