Celem projektu jest zorganizowanie 108 szkoleńdla 600 uczniów w zakresie poprawy: kompetencji miękkich, cyfrowych i społecznych, umiejętności uczenia się, kreatywności i przedsiębiorczości.Grupę docelową tworzą uczniowie 6SP i 1SŚ z 6 powiatów z Małopolski o wysokiej st. bezrobocia wśród młodych, uwzględniając udział osób z niepełnosprawnościami i zachowując równość szans K i M.Rezultatem projektu będzie zwiększenie aktywizacji społecznej grupy docelowej, poszerzenie jej wiedzy specjalistycznej i praktycznej, rozwój zainteresowań, pobudzenie aktywności edukacyjnej i zapobieganie społecznemu wykluczeniu. Rezultatem projektu będzie też propagowanie kultury innowacyjności, zapoznanie ze środ. akadem. i uczelnią jako miejscem naukowego oglądu rzeczywistości, integracja lokalnej społecz. wokół ośr. akademickich (KD6).Projekt zakłada realizację szkoleń w 3 edycjach, z których każda składa się z2 etapówpoprzedzonych rekrutacją. Każdy uczestnik projektu zostanie objęty wsparciem w ramach wszystkich szkoleń. Etapy realizacji projektu:-opracowanie programów nowego cyklu szkoleń z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych narzędzi dla niestandardowych odbiorców uczelni; obejmuje stworzenie 76 kart programów szkoleń [po 36 dla 6SP i 1SŚ, w tym 20 szkoleń w formie tradycyjnej (STR) i 16 w formie e-learningowej (SEL) oddzielnie dla 6SP i 1SŚ]. Programy szkoleń są dostosowane do poziomu uczestników szkolenia i będą realizowane z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych narzędzi np. gry decyzyjne, symulacje komputerowe, filmy edukacyjne, gry planszowe, praca z fantomami, metoda PBL i case study.-realizacja programów szkoleń, obejmuje 108 w/w szkoleń w 3 edycjach, ewaluację prowadzonych zajęć i raport końcowy. Każda edycja cyklu szkoleń będzie składała się z: 20 STR w Uczelni i 16 SEL. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to organise 108 training courses for 600 students:soft, digital and social skills, learning, creativity and entrepreneurial competences. the target group consists of 6SP and 1SŚ students from 6 districts of Malopolska region with high levels of youth unemployment, taking into account the participation of persons with disabilities and maintaining equal opportunities, and the project will strengthen the social activation of the target group, increase its expertise and knowledge, develop interests, foster educational participation and prevent exclusion.The project will also result in the promotion of a culture of innovation, an understanding of the centre and a university as a place for a scientific view of the reality, the integration of local society around the academic slits (KD6). the project involves training courses in the 3 editions each consisting of 2 years after recruitment.Each participant in the project will be supported by all the training courses.Project implementation stages: -developing programmes for a new cycle of training with modern tools for non-standard university recipients;this includes the creation of 76 cards for training programmes [36 for 6SP and 1SŚ, including 20 traditional courses of training (STR) and 16 in e-learning (SEL) separately for 6SP and 1GES].The training programmes are tailored to the level of training participants and will be implemented using modern tools, e.g. decision games, computer simulations, educational films, board games, work with phantom, the PBL method and the case study, covering 108 in/out of the 3 editions, the evaluation of the lessons learned and the final report.Each edition of the training cycle will consist of:20 STR at UCzechs and 16 SELs.
