Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie kompetencji cyfrowych mieszkańców woj. lubelskiego i podkarpackiego oraz zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania e-usług. Projekt obejmuje 8036 os. dorosłych, w tym 402 os. z niepełnosprawnościami (w tym 40 os. ze specjalnymi potrzebami szkoleniowymi). Przy organizacji konkursu grantowego realizatorzy wykorzystają Fora Samorządowe działające przy liderze projektu, skupiające w obu woj. kilkuset urzędników z wielu gmin (m.in. Forum Skarbników, Forum Sekretarzy, Forum Pomocy Społecznej, Forum Oświaty Samorządowej, itp. – łącznie 14 Forów w obu woj. Te oryginalne zasoby stanowią wartość dodaną projektu i pozwolą w krótkim czasie skutecznie przeprowadzić procedurę grantową, a w dalszej kolejności rekrutację instruktorów i uczestników poszczególnych modułów w gminach. Zakłada się że średnio 82% uczestn. nabędzie lub rozwinie kompetencje cyfrowe w wyniku udzielonego wsparcia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the digital competences of the inhabitants of the Lubelskie and Podkarpackie provinces and to increase the use of e-services.The project includes 8036 adult persons including 402 people with disabilities (including 40 people with special training needs).In the context of the organisation of the grant, operators will make use of the Fora Self-Governing Bodies acting on the project leader, bringing together several hundred officials from several municipalities in both provinces (inter alia:The Co-Treasurers, Forum of Secretaries, Social Assistance Forum, Forum of Local Authorities, etc.Total of 14 Forums in both provincesThese original resources are the added value of the project and will allow for a quick and efficient grant procedure, followed by the recruitment of instructors and participants in the different modules in the municipalities.It is assumed that an average of 82 % of the participant will acquire or develop digital competences as a result of the support provided.
