For the purpose of increasing the efficiency of energy and heat recovery, the following measures shall be implemented: — modernisation and reconstruction of electricity and heat distribution in both company and non-farm buildings — new transformer stations, — energy performance of buildings, — installation of energy storage plants with recuperation of waste heat for water heating, — replacement of old lighting bodies in more economy — refurbishment of boiler rooms.
