Projekt "Twój sukces - Twój biznes" jest jedną z form skutecznego przeciwdziałania bezrobociu i podnoszenia poziomu aktywności zawodowej społ. poprzez rozwój przedsiębiorczości. Skierowany jest do osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo pow. 30-go roku życia, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, przede wszystkim do kobiet (min 80%), osób z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotych, o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób 50+, zamieszkujących teren powiatów Międzyrzeckiego, Strzelecko-Drezdeneckiego i Sulęcińskiego, które stanowią strefę o podwyższonym wskaźniku bezrobocia. Projekt zakłada udzielnie kompleksowego wsparcia o charakterze szkoleniowym i doradczym dla 30 osób. Z tej grupy wybranych zostanie na podstawie oceny biznesplanów, 25 uczestników, którym po założeniu działalności gospodarczej, udzielona zostanie pomoc o charakterze bezzwrotnym - dotacja. Uczestnicy otrzymają również dodatkowe wsparcie doradcze i finansowe dla firm w początkowym okresie działalności (12 m-cy wsparcie pomostowe). Nowopowstałe firmy zatrudnią min 5 pracowników na umowę o pracę, co w rezultacie zapewni min. 30 miejsc pracy (Polish)
