THE TRAINING PROPOSAL PROVIDES FOR THE PROVISION OF 120 HOURS OF TRAINING, BASED ON THE FOLLOWING ARGUMENTS: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, TEAM BUILDING TECHNIQUES, MARKETING TECHNIQUES. THE TRAINING STRUCTURE IS DESIGNED TO DEAL WITH THE ARGUMENTS IN THE FORM OF A COMBINATION OF THEORETICAL COURSES INVOLVING THE TRANSFER OF CONTENT AND CONCEPTS, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PRACTICAL EXERCISES, IN WHICH LEARNERS WILL BE CALLED UPON TO APPLY THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE IN PRACTICE. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS TO ORGANISE THE ORGANISATION OF FARM HUMAN RESOURCES RATIONALLY, WHILE RESPECTING AND PROMOTING THE INCLINATIONS OF EACH OF THE SECTORS IN WHICH THE RECIPIENT FIRM PROVIDES ITS OWN CONSULTANCY SERVICES, IN SUCH A WAY AS TO MAKE IT MORE EFFICIENT AND TO INCREASE THE LEVEL OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO CUSTOMERS.
