Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje przebudowę odcinka miejskiego DK 12 w Chełmie wraz z chodnikami oraz drogami dojazdowymi. Celem projektu jest usprawnienie połączenia w korytarzu Niemcy - Polska - Ukraina (odcinek leży w sieci TEN-T). (Polish)
