Předmětem projektu je inovace stavebně-konstrukčních prvků pro nízkoenergetické a pasivní domy, která zahrnuje zavedení inovovaných způsobů výroby - prefabrikaci inovovaného betonového dílce z lehkého betonu a nové vibrolisované obkladové desky LiaTec-Liaver, které budou určené pro unikátní stavebně-konstrukční systém tzv. systém DJT (Dům jedním tahem) nízkoenergetických a pasivních domů. a.
