IL PROGETTO SI COMPONE DI 11 MODULI, SVOLTI IN 12 DIFFERENTI PERCORSI FORMATIVI ED IN CUI VERRANNO SVILUPPATI UN LINGUAGGIO, UN APPROCCIO E PROGETTI DI SVILUPPO COMUNI. SI PREVEDE LA REALIZZAZIONE DI 301 ORE DI FORMAZIONE E 1.725 ORE-ALLIEVO, COINVOLGENDO COLLABORATORI DI TUTTI I SETTORI (AMMINISTRAZIONE, SERVIZI E STRUTTURE), ANCHE PERSONALE CON HANDICA (Italian)

    IN THE 2015 SOCIAL REPORT OF THE PROVINCIAL, SOCIAL AND MUNICIPAL BREAKDOWN, A SOCIAL WORKER HAS DESCRIBED HER PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY IN THIS WAY: DECRYPTING, ASSISTING, ESTIMATING, ACTIVATING, SUPPORTING, MAKING A STEP BACKWARDS AND OBSERVING VALORANDOÂ ¿. OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROFESSION WILL CHANGE PARADIGMS: THIS OBJECTIVE REQUIRES AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH AND TOOLS, WHICH WILL BE DEVELOPED AND TRANSMITTED TO THE 95 EMPLOYEES OF LEBENSHILFE INVOLVED WITHIN THIS INITIATIVE, FROM THE LOGIC OF THE CASE TO THE LOGIC OF THE NETWORK.\ NTO REACH THIS OBJECTIVE. THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF 11 MODULES, CARRIED OUT IN 12 DIFFERENT TRAINING COURSES AND IN WHICH LANGUAGE, A COMMON APPROACH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS WILL BE DEVELOPED.
