Projekt kierowany jest do 272 mieszkańców subregionu olsztyńskiego, w tym 66K i 124M zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 m-cy przed dniem przystąpienia do projektu oraz 28K i 54M przewidzianych lub zagrożonych zwolnieniem, z przyczyn zakładu pracy. W szczególności wsparciem zostaną objęte os. młode (30-) lub starsze (45+) i/lub os. z niskim wykształceniem oraz mężczyźni, których sytuacja na lokalnym rynku pracy jest dużo gorsza. Celem projektu jest przeciwdziałanie negatywnym skutkom procesów restrukturyzacyjnych w subreg. olsztyńskim poprzez utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej min. 150 z 272 osób objętych wsparciem szkoleniowo-doradczym i dotacyjnym (outplacementowym), do VII.2018 r. W okresie V.2016-VII.2018 przewiduje się realizację następujących zadań: 1.Monitoring rynku pracy – obejmuje działania nakierowane na stały monitoring rynku, obsługę osób kwalifikujących się do projektu, skierowanie ich na adekwatną ścieżkę i po jej odbyciu monitorowanie zatrudnienia/samozatrudnienia uczestników; 2.Ścieżka szkoleniowa dla 200 os. – w ramach której poprzez identyfikację potrzeb i diagnozowanie możliwości uczestnika w kontekście potrzeb rynku zapewnione jest zindywidualizowane wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze wraz z pośrednictwem pracy, przyczyniające się do łagodnego powrotu na rynek pracy; 3.Ścieżka dotacyjna dla 72 os. – pozwalająca nabyć kompetencje w zakresie rozpoczęcia i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej i przygotowywania wniosku o udzielenie wsparcia finansowego z możliwością uzyskania dotacji na utworzenie firmy (dla 64 os) i doradztwa merytorycznego w okresie pierwszych 12 m-cy; przyczyniających się do osiągnięcia poniższych rezultatów po opuszczeniu programu: -podjęcie pracy lub kontynuacja zatrudnienia przez min. 150 os., -podjęcie pracy lub samozatrudnienia przez min. 95 os. przystępujących do projektu jako osoby niepracujące, -nabycie lub podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych w projekcie przez 160 os. The project shall be made up to 272 inhabitants of the Olsztyński subregion, including 66K and 124M dismissed on grounds relating to the establishment during a period of not more than 6 months prior to the date of accession to the project, and 28K and 54M, or at risk of dismissal, on the grounds of the establishment. In particular, the young (30-) or the elderly (45 +) and/or people with low education and men, whose situation on the local labour market is much worse, will be supported. The aim of the project is to counteract the negative effects of the Olsztyn forbearance process by maintaining activity of at least 150 of 272 persons supported by training and subsidies, to VII.2018. for the period V.2016-VII.2018 the following tasks are to be carried out: 1.Monitoring the labour market — covers activities aimed at continuous monitoring of the market, serving persons eligible for the project, targeting them on an adequate path and monitoring the employment/self-employment of participants; 2.Training course for 200 — whereby, through the identification of needs and the diagnosis of the ability of the participant in the context of market needs, individualised support for training and advice with a job creation contributing to a smooth reintegration into the labour market is ensured; 3.Grant application for 72 — to acquire competence to start and run a business and to prepare a request for financial support with the possibility of obtaining a grant for setting up a company (for 64 os) and providing technical advice for the first 12 months; contributing to the results below after leaving the programme: — take up or continue employment with a minimum of 150 persons who have been recruited or self-employed with a minimum of 95 persons who have joined the project as persons who do not work, to acquire or increase their professional qualifications in the project by 160.
