Inwestycja dot. remontu dachu i elewacji zabytkowego budynku Zgromadzenia Sióstr Miłosierdzia Św. Wincentego a Paulo w Lubawie w nast. zakresie: remont więźby dachowej i deskowania, wymiana pokrycia dachu głównego, wym.pokrycia daszku nad kaplicą, wym.rynien i rur spustowych, odtworzenie kominów i remont nadszybia windy, wym.wyłazu dachowego, wym.pokrycia dachu wieżyczek, wym.instalacji odgromowej, naprawa spękań murów i nadproży i in. elem. konstrukcyjnych (ankry), renowacja elewacji kamienno – ceglanej, remont balkonu, odtworz.opaski ścian fundamen., odtworz.schodów przed wejściem gł., odrestaurowanie stolarki drzwiowej, odtworz.parapetów, usunięcie krat piwnicznych, wym.stolarki okiennej części piwnicznej, odtworzenie i odrestaurowanie detali elewacyjnych, wymiana kratek wentylacyjnych i obróbek blacharskich. Projekt znajduje się na terenie wskazanym do rewitalizacji z uwagi na koncentrację negatywnych zjawisk społecznych. Wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020, dz.8.1. Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich, realizuje 9 cel temat.:Promowanie włączenia społecznego, walka z ubóstwem i wszelką dyskryminacją, priorytet inwest.9b: Wspieranie rewitalizacji fizycznej, gospodarczej i społecznej ubogich społeczności na obszarach miejskich i wiejskich, cel szczegółowy: Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe. Uporządkowany, nowoczesny, zadbany i tchnięty życiem wygląd miasta jest nie tylko wizerunkiem na tle terytorialnym ale przede wszystkim decyduje o jakości życia lokalnej społeczności. Stwarzając tym samym warunki do stopniowego zmniejszania wielopokoleniowej patologii, wykluczenia z życia społecznego, problemu biedy i ubóstwa, wyalienowania społecznego oraz bezrobocia. Poprawa wizerunku zdegradowanego obiektu, przywrócenie funkcji i dalsza realizacja w nim usług społecznych, wpłynie na podniesienie jakości życia oraz w ludziach zepchniętych na margines społeczny wzbudzi chęć do utożsamienia się z nową tkanką infrastruktury miejskiej. The project is on site to be revitalised, given the concentration of negative social phenomena. It is part of the establishment of the ROP WiM 2014-2020, Journal of Laws 8.1. Urban regeneration, 9 focus: promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any discrimination, priority for investment: 9b: Supporting physical, economic and social regeneration of deprived communities in urban and rural areas, specific objective: Improved quality of life for communities living in problem areas. A structured, modern, secured and living urban landscape is not only a territorial image but, above all, determines the quality of life of the local community. Thus creating the conditions for the gradual reduction of multigenerational pathology, social exclusion, the problem of poverty and poverty, social alienation and unemployment. The improvement of the image of a degraded object, the restoration of functions and the continued implementation of social services in it will improve the quality of life and people’s human marginalised people’s willingness to be associated with the new urban infrastructure.
