Przedmiotem planowanego projektu są prace B+R mające na celu opracowanie automatycznej linii do produkcji i montażu nowej rodziny modularnych schodów strychowych z napędem elektrycznym. Zaprojektowana linia produkcyjna będzie w sposób automatyczny produkowała i montowała schody strychowe o nietypowych właściwościach (pod względem wymiarów lub charakterystyk), pozwalając na osiągnięcie tzw. masowej kastomizacji. Aby osiągnąć oczekiwany rezultat konieczne będzie zaprojektowanie części maszyn wchodzących w skład ciągu produkcyjnego oraz całego procesu produkcyjno-montażowego. Proces będzie przebiegał w sposób automatyczny, w przeciwieństwie do standardu branżowego polegającego na manualnej lub częściowo manualnej obsłudze zamówień odbiegających w jakikolwiek sposób od rozwiązań standardowych, co wiąże się z wydłużeniem czasu oczekiwania przez klienta oraz wzrostem kosztów produkcji. Automatyzacja procesu produkcyjno-montażowego wymagać będzie również przeprojektowania oferowanych obecnie przez inne podmioty schodów strychowych przez inne podmioty Grupy i stworzenia całkowicie nowych rodzin produktów. W ramach projektu opracowane zostaną nowe konstrukcje schodów z różnymi wersjami klapy schodów (termoizolacyjne, dźwiękochłonne, ognioodporne), wyposażonych w różne typy drabin (dwusegmentowe, trzysegmentowe, czterosegmentowe, nożycowe, w wersji drewnianej, metalowej). Dla wybranych typów schodów zaprojektowany zostanie także uniwersalny elektryczny system otwierania i zamykania. Poszczególne konstrukcje charakteryzować się będą budową modułową z elementami kompatybilnymi między poszczególnymi typami schodów. Holistyczny charakter projektu polegający zarówno na przeprojektowaniu produktów, jak i zaprojektowaniu całkowicie nowego procesu produkcji i montażu pozwoli na obniżenie ceny final (Polish)

The project intends to work on R & D for the development of an automated line for the production and installation of a new modular side family of electric drive.The production line will automatically produce and assemble stryboards with atypical features (in terms of dimensions or characteristics), making it possible to achieve so called “mass hopping”.In order to achieve the desired result it will be necessary to design parts of the machinery forming part of the manufacturing course and the entire production/assembly process.The process will run automatically, as opposed to the professional standard of manual or partially manual handling of orders deviating in any way from standard solutions, increasing customer waiting times and increasing production costs.The automation of the production and assembly process will also require the redesign of the currently offered stranding by other group actors by other group entities and the creation of fully new product families.The project will develop new stairs structures with different versions of stairs in the staircase (thermal insulating, fireproofing), which are fitted with various types of ladders (two segmental, three segments, with four segments, with a shape of wooden, metal).A universal electrical opening and closing system will also be designed for selected types of stairs.Individual designs will be characterised by modular building with elements compatible between the different types of stairs.The holistic character of the project, consisting of both the redesign of products and the design of a completely new manufacturing and assembly process, will lead to a reduction in the final price.
