Zakres projektu obejmuje 1 budynek wielorodz. położ. w Olsztynie przy ul. Mazurskiej 7 – budynek podpiwn., liczba kondygnacji: 3, ilość lokali ogółem: 8, w tym mieszkalnych - 6 i użytk. - 2 o łącznej pow. użyt. 520,76 m2. Budynek położ. jest w strefie ochrony konserw. i jest wpisany do rejestru zabytków pod numerem rejestru: A-2337). W wybranym do realizacji wariancie stanowiącym przedmiot niniejszego projektu nowa jakość budynku oraz przestrzeni zostanie uzyskana poprzez następujące usprawnienia: a) Prac konserwatorsko – restaur. elewacji budynku(bez docieplenia), b) Odtworzenie balustrad balkonowych, c) Wymiana stolarki okiennej d) Wykonanie bramy przejazdu bramnego Więcej w rozdz. 1.1 sw; Interesariuszami przedm. projektu są mieszkańcy kamienicy, a tym samym obszaru rewitalizacji, turyści, służby konserwatorskie, samorząd Gminy Olsztyn. Szczeg. informacje na temat zakresu rzeczow. i przyjętych rozwiązań znajduje się w rozdz. 2.2 studium wykonaln. oraz w wyciągu z dokum. techn. będącej załączn. do wniosku. Cały zakres inwestycji wdrażany będzie przez beneficjenta, tj. Wspólnoty Mieszkaniowej Nier. przy ulicy Mazurskiej 7..., która wraz z partnerem zapewni zespół osób odpowiedz. za wdrożenie projektu, którzy posiadają kwalifikacje i doświadczenie w realizacji projektów wdrożonych w latach 2007-2013, co potwierdza rozdział 2.4 studium. Projekt po jego zakończeniu jednozn. rozwiąże jeden z istotniejszych problemów dotyczących najbardziej zniszczonej i zaniedbanej infrastruktury technicznej przy ul. Mazurskiej 7 w Olsztynie oraz będzie przeciwdziałał marginalizacji znacznych grup mieszkańców zdegradowanego społecznie i ekonomicznie, charakteryzującego się zabytkową zabudową otoczenia. W istotny sposób przyczyni się także do społecznej aktywizacji mieszkańców i wpłynie na obniżenie poziomu występujących zjawisk patologii społecznej na danym terenie. (Polish)

The scope of the project consists of 1 multi-family building, Olsztyn, ul. Mazuria 7 — ext building, number of floors: 3, total number of premises: 8, including residential 6 and use. 2 of the total used to be used. 520.76 m². The building is in the preserving zone and is recorded in the register of monuments under the register number: A-2337). In the selected option, the new quality of the building and the space will be obtained through the following improvements: (a) maintenance works — restoration of the façade of the building (no insulation), (b) construction of the balstrade of balconies, (c) replacement of window frames (d) Implementation of gate crossing gate: 1.1 sw; The project’s forerunners are the inhabitants of the stony and thus the regeneration area, tourists, the conservationist services, the Municipality of Olsztyn. Specific information on the scope of the application and the solutions adopted are to be found in the section. 2.2 of the feasibility study, as well as in the appendix to the proposal. The full range of investments will be implemented by the beneficiary, i.e. The Community of “Residents of the Autonomous Community of the Autonomous Communities of ul. Mazurska 7”..., which will provide a team of persons together with the partner responsible for the implementation of the project, who are qualified and experienced in the implementation of the projects implemented in 2007-2013, as confirmed by chapter 2.4 of the study. After the end of the project, the project will solve one of the major problems affecting the most damaged and neglected technical infrastructure at ul. The city of Mazuria 7 in Olsztyn and will counteract the marginalisation of large groups of inhabitants who are socially and economically degraded, characterised by the historic building of an environment. It will also make an important contribution to the social activation of the population and will reduce the level of social pathologies present in the area. (English)
